When Barrel & Bond opens its doors in Fall of 2019 at the foot of Broadway in downtown Paducah, it will provide visitors with a genuine Kentucky Experience. The bar designed from the the shell of a 150+ year old historic building, will feature 1,600 Bourbons and American Whiskeys and thus, will be one of the largest selections offered not only in Kentucky, but the United States!
Ninety-five percent of the world’s bourbon is produced within the state of Kentucky. Barrel & Bond, a new Bourbon & Cocktail Bar, was founded to ensure that YOU have the opportunity to experience what the good people of Kentucky have experienced for the last 250+ years: great bourbon and great food.
Where Barrel & Bond separates itself from everyone else is that we believe this experience should extend beyond the glass. Truly experiencing a glass of bourbon is all great, but at Barrel & Bond that glass of pure Kentucky Liquid Gold gazing back at you is only enhanced by the fellowship you surround yourself with while drinking it.
Barrel & Bond is a place for everyone. We invite and encourage you to visit us, regardless of your background, age, gender, or level of experience with our favorite spirit. Our environment is an inclusive one where we encourage our visitors to bond together over a mutual love and appreciation of bourbon.
Our Menu
We believe there are no bad bourbons…. only better ones. Our bourbon bar will be stocked from the spectrum of bourbon brands to offer something for everyone.
Our 120 seat venue includes a menu, created in collaboration with a renowned chef and author, which features small plates and appetizer bourbon pairings, sandwiches, charcuterie boards, and eventually brunch. Our entire menu will be prepared with the whiskey in mind. While we don’t believe you can go wrong when pairing any food with bourbon, we do know that some foods pair better than others depending on the tasting notes to the particular brand of bourbon you are drinking. This is true whether you are experiencing a high-quality cut of steak or one of our daily made from scratch desserts. Our food pairings are just one additional way we invite you to experience Kentucky bourbon.

Special Events
With spectacular views of the riverfront and floodwall murals in historic downtown, our event space will preserve many of the original architectural elements, including an exposed brick archway that will join the 2 spaces. The space will also incorporate wood & copper elements, gas lanterns, beautiful natural light, and so much more.
Our event space is perfect for reunions, wedding parties, showers, and other small gatherings. We have the capacity for you and up to 50 of your closest friends. Contact us for more information about hosting your event with us!
In addition to hosting private events, Barrel & Bond will regularly host events open to the public including monthly meetings of the Paducah Bourbon Society, Bourbon and Bubbles events for our female companions, and much more.
